A drug called Bigfun is used to treat male erectile dysfunction (ED). Sildenafil, an inhibitor of phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5), is its active component. When a man is sexually stimulated, sildenafil works by boosting blood flow to the penis, enabling an erection. Bigfun can be used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) and pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) in men. By improving blood circulation to the penis, it helps men get an erection. It reduces blood pressure in cases of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) by relaxing or enlarging the blood vessels in the lungs.
