Hero Adjustments

 

Mobile Legends Updates: Version 1.9.00 Reveal

 

Adjusted Phoveus: Phoveus has been carefully adjusted to have a balanced strength both in the early and late stages of the game, providing him with a smoother activation of his passive ability as the game progresses.

Phoveus' Passive (~): Shield : Previously 16% of maximum HP, now adjusted to 8% of maximum HP.
Extra Damage : Previously 8% of maximum HP, now reduced to 4% of maximum HP.
Cooldown : Initially 26 seconds, now reduced to a range of 26 to 14 seconds which scales with the ultimate level.
Cooldown Reduction : Previously 4 seconds, now adjusted to 20% of the passive cooldown.

Adjusted Masha: Masha has undergone adjustments to balance her gameplay. Developers aimed to address her early game weakness while ensuring she remains strong in the late game by making slight tweaks to her experience curve.

Adjusted Dyrroth: Dyrroth's recent adjustments have shifted his focus towards durability and sustainability, transforming him into more of a resilient fighter rather than a bursty assassin.

Passive (Improvements): Circle Strike damage increased to 160% of total physical attack. HP regen ratio when hitting minions boosted to 25%. HP regen ratio when hitting heroes raised to 50%.

Skill 1 (Fix): A bug causing the slow effect of Skill 1 to not align with its description has been resolved.

Skill 2 (Nerf): Target's defense reduction decreased to 30%. Target's defense reduction by Abyss enhanced reduced to 60%.

Buffed Thamuz: Thamuz has received a buff to improve his damage output in the late game. The level-based damage growth of his Grand Lord Lava ability has been increased.

Passive Ability Update: Damage: 50-120 +100% total physical attack

Buffed Suyou: Enhanced the combo mechanics of Suyou's skills for a smoother gameplay experience. Increased the effectiveness of Skill 2 in eliminating opponents, providing the flexibility to use different forms based on the situation.

Buffed Cyclops: In a recent update, Cyclops has received enhancements. One notable change is that his ultimate sphere now travels at a slower pace. While intended to have an extended immobilization effect the further it travels, the drawback is that if the distance becomes too vast, Cyclops often struggles to chain it effectively with his other abilities. 

Upgrades have been introduced to the ultimate ability to enhance its performance.

Sphere's speed has been significantly increased from 1 to 6.

Cooldown duration has been reduced from 43 seconds to a range of 20 to 16 seconds, scaling with the character's level.

Damage output has been adjusted from 550-880 +220% total magic power to 550-880 +120% total magic power. Mana cost has also been decreased from 160-200 to 80-100.

Immobilizing time has been reduced from 1-2 seconds to 0.8 seconds.

Buffed Joy: Joy has been buffed with experimental adjustments to optimize her damage output and playstyle, aiming to make her more akin to an assassin. The interval for Skill 2 has been decreased from 1 second to 0.8 seconds.

Buffed Zhask: In a recent update, Zhask has received a buff to enhance his gameplay experience. The damage frequency of Nightmaric Spawn is no longer influenced by attack speed but can now benefit from attack effects, leading to players needing to strategize their equipment choices more effectively.

 

To ensure a more optimized control experience for players, the following adjustments have been made to Zhask's attributes (~): Attack Speed Growth: Previously 1%, now adjusted to 0; Attack Speed inherited by Nightmaric Spawn: Initially 70%, now enhanced to 100%.

Buffed Cici: In the last Patch 1.8.98, both Cici’s physical and magic defense power in the early game is increased. This time, the base damage for her skill 1 is increased to about 70-95.

Nerfed Ling: Last time, Ling’s physical attack damage he deals in the late game is reduced to keep balance. This time it is his Passive’s critical damage that is reduced from 150% to 140%.
