These circular structures move around randomly on the map, easily identifiable by their distinctive toll bell sound. Once found, players can select it from the menu and claim its rewards.

Malenia’s Great Rune

Malenia's Great Rune can be activated by players to increase HP regeneration after taking damage. It can be obtained by defeating Malenia, Blade of Miquella at the base of Miquella's Haligtree.

Each time they take damage, their HP will be restored shortly thereafter - much like Bloodborne's Rally system.

Great Runes are unique Key Items dropped by Shardbearer bosses in Elden Ring that can be brought back to a Divine Tower where they can be activated and consumed by players to increase their attributes. Players can respec their stats using the Rune Arc feature; this allows them to choose which attributes to increase. These runes also play an integral part in the main story arc and may be necessary in unlocking certain Elden Ring Endings.
