Diarrhea

If diarrhea occurs, you should talk to your doctor as soon as possible. Diarrhea may lead to dehydration which is a serious side effect that needs to be treated immediately.

Don’t take Zopisign 7.5 mg with opioid medicines such as morphine, fentanyl, or dihydrocodeine, cough suppressants like codeine or pholcodine, antidepressants such as amitriptyline or mirtazapine, HIV medications such as ritonavir or herbal remedies such as St John’s wort (Hypericum perforatum). If you have been taking zopiclone for a long time or in large doses it is possible that you could become physically dependent on the drug.
