Bidirectional Carbon Fiber Fabric is a new type of composite material made from carbon fiber as the base material and cotton thread as the auxiliary material, processed by warp and weft weaving. Carbon fiber provides the high strength required for bidirectional carbon fiber fabric, while cotton thread fixes the carbon fiber yarn to prevent unraveling of fabric, and weaves it into a complete bidirectional carbon fiber fabric to improve stability.

Bidirectional Carbon Fiber Fabric is typically weaved by 1K/3K/6K/12K /24K carbon strands (tows). The most common weave patterns are Plain, Twill and Satin. Because of its incredible strength and light weight, bidirectional carbon fiber fabric is applied in industries such as auto parts, building reinforcements, sports equipments, decorations and  in general in any field and industry that requires composite materials.
