Beware of tap & bottled water!
If you don't yet have a water distiller make it a priority, I and many others have found tap water to be heavily contaminated with all manner of nasties. Water filters are NO GOOD they won't remove many things and some filters are actually increasing the toxins.
Water is something we consume allot of when you get a distiller and see whats left behind you'll be horrified, from what I understand water companies have been given permission to introduce a percentage of sewage into clean water that means your drinking everything imaginable that goes down the toilet and drains... You will see it left in the bottom of your distiller it almost makes me throw up when I rinse it out its foul and stinks and now I know why it stinks...
We know unclean drinking water causes disease we heard that over the years when they speak of 3rd World countries drinking water and disease. When we drink it we are the filters!!
