(5,000L) is reliable for yeast production. GMP compliance and platform-mounted design are great for integration. CIP is effective, but heat transfer could be better—temperature shifts take time. Parts sourcing in South America was slow. Support is helpful but not instant. Good for mid-scale, but plan for delays and check cooling efficiency for your process.
