I really believed I had genetic “mental illness,” because my trauma reactions and symptoms presented as such.
I believed my doctors.
I believed my therapists.
I believed the professionals.
I trusted them all, implicitly.
I had no other belief systems, other than what I’d been indoctrinated into my entire life. I had not seen or experienced anything yet, to make me question any of them until I walked into Kelly Brogan’s office and she began to flip my reality, the entry point to the unraveling of all I had known or ever believed.
The deadly thing about being brainwashed is that you don’t know that you’re brainwashed, and as I watch much of humanity being led off of a cliff, I can only say,
