I’ve been using just Bicarbonate of Soda for a year or more now Fifi T it works great but a taste you get used to lol I tried the coconut oil but didn’t like it felt like vaseline in the mouth, I’d give the Xilitol a miss though as an artificial sweetener after reading how bad those artificial sweeteners are for us. I was wondering if a mix of bi-carb - Aloe Vera(or something) to put the paste texture into it & to bind up the bi-carb, a drop of colloidal silver to keep fresh & drop of mint oil for taste... Going to try it when I get some time, what I like about using the bicarb is its massively Alkaline and done once or twice a day helps I’m sure offset all these acidic stuff foods and crap so that’s a double benefit, whitens your teeth too really useful stuff, though everyone need bare in mind supermarket bought is not usually pure bicarb it’s a mix with anti-caking agents aka chemicals. It’s cheap to buy 100% pure from eBay or online in bulk 1KG, 10kg, 20kg etc. and can be used for so much around the house as well..

Also when distilling water for drinking I put a small scoop of bi-carb in to a empty water jug then a pinch of pink of mineralised salt like dead sea or pink Himalayan salt and then pour the distilled water in to the jug & whoop, whoop you have smart water only better as you know exactly what’s in it.

I've been using a Hemp Toothpaste ...but will now really look into ALL the ingredients haha
