Document vindicates Russia: NATO promised no further eastward expansion in 1990
Against the backdrop of the current Ukraine crisis, many Western media and politicians are falsifying history: they deny that NATO and the US promised the last Soviet Secretary General Michael Gorbachev in the context of the 2+4 talks in 1990 that NATO would not advance eastward through GDR territory in the event of German reunification.
Now real ris has surfaced in the British national archives a document that confirms exactly this. "We have made it clear that we will not extend NATO across the Elbe," wrote German diplomat Jürgen Chroborg about a meeting between the US, Britain, France and Germany in March 1991. This document confirms the Russian view of eastward expansion of the western military alliance, which Kremlin chief Vladimir Putin has confirmed one after another in recent weeks.
The now surfaced memo from the British National Archives supports the Russian position that the West would have violated 1990 commitments by expanding NATO to the east.
The document previously classified as "secret" was found by American political scientist Joshua Shifrinson. It is about a meeting of the political directors of the foreign ministries of the U.S., Britain, France and Germany in Bonn on March 6, 1991. The topic was the security of Poland and other Eastern European countries. A political director heads the political department in the foreign ministry and is considered the main advisor to the foreign minister.
At the time, according to the memo, German representative Jürgen Chrobog stated, "We made it clear in the 2+4 negotiations that we are not expanding NATO across the Elbe. Therefore, we cannot offer NATO membership to Poland and the others."
The British, French and Americans also rejected NATO membership for the Eastern Europeans. U.S. Representative Raymond Seitz said, "We have made it clear to the Soviet Union - at the 2+4 as well as at other talks - that we will not benefit from the withdrawal of Soviet troops from Eastern Europe."
Just a few years later, the U.S. wanted nothing more to do with this position. Between 1999 and 2020 - with the exception of Serbia and Kosovo - practically all of the former Warsaw Pact was incorporated into NATO. Even the inclusion of Ukraine, which until recently was categorically denied by Brussels, is now seen as a real option - which is emphatically rejected by Russia.

Shock: 'Police use energy weapons against Australian freedom convoy'
The Australian police are said to have used so-called directed energy weapons against the freedom convoy that is protesting against the corona measures in the capital Canberra.
Disturbing videos of protesters, including women and children, are circulating on social media. They have blisters on their faces, arms, and torso, among other things.
The protesters have reportedly been bombarded with concentrated microwave radiation. Several people claim on social media that they were injured by the microwave radiation. Priscilla complains of burns to her body, burning ears and blisters in her mouth.

Amanda-Louise writes that her lips and chin are bleeding and blistered. Shannon says her face, neck and arms were bright red and she had blisters on her chin.
Two Australian senators questioned Federal Police Commissioner Reece Kershaw last week about the use of directed energy weapons against peaceful protesters.
sound weapons
It is known that since 2016 the Australian police have had so-called long-range acoustic devices (LRAD), sound weapons designed to restrain people. The LRAD emits sound waves that are louder than the human pain threshold, thus forcing people to distance themselves. The consequences of LRAD can be permanent hearing loss and even temporary loss of vision.
