German 'internal security service' assesses corona demonstrators as state enemies

Once upon a time the German "Verfassungsschutz" was an authority, which itself prided itself on monitoring "right-wing extremists" and "left-wing extremists" and fighting them with secret service methods. Later it added the "Islamic extremism" created by the migration policy of the rulers themselves. Recently, however, no political or religious ideology is needed at all to bring up the controversial authority and motivate an accusation of extremism.

No, now it is enough to distrust the state and accuse it of failure to be sorted into a new category of "extremists." This is evident from public statements by Thomas Haldenwang (photo), probably the greatest opportunist ever to head the Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution.

The man tells his political patrons exactly what they want to hear. About critics of the corona measures, who have been demonstrating for weeks and months, he says:

"They fundamentally reject our democratic state system."

And further:

"Whether it's corona or the refugee policy. Or the flood catastrophe: there, in part, one has seen the same people, trying to give the impression that the state would fail and do nothing for the people."

This means reasoning in reverse: according to Haldenwang, we are all obliged to assume that the state is functioning and (successfully) doing something for the people of the country. Cynics might ask whether that should seriously also apply to federal states such as Berlin and Bremen or whether exceptions may be made.

The only good thing about Haldenwang's statements is that the man thereby exposes himself, his authority and his principals to ridicule. Because in a true democracy, freedom of speech applies. And freedom of speech includes the good civil right to accuse the state and the political forces that carry it of failure. And if today's Germany were not a true democracy, what would it be?

Perhaps a dictatorship? Would not resistance to a dictatorship be expressly commanded even by the constitution? - Article 4, paragraph 4:

"Against anyone who undertakes to eliminate this order, all Germans have the right to resist, when other assistance is not possible."

It's about to begin: Austrian government presents draft law for compulsory vaccination

And once again the evil comes from Austria (Hitler's place of birth) and is then sure to be gratefully adopted by Germany: the Austrian government has officially presented its draft law for a corona vaccination requirement. The legislative foundation should enter into force from the beginning of February, Chancellor Karl Nehammer (ÖVP) said today. The vaccination requirement should apply to people aged 18 and over, with exceptions for pregnant women, among others.

The vaccination requirement is to be monitored from mid-March onwards. Non-compliance threatens fines ranging from €600 to €3,600.

There will be no prison sentences. Furthermore, the vaccination can be caught up without penalty within two weeks of being checked. Unvaccinated people should also receive a reminder letter according to the draft law.

We are curious to know how many Austrians will now be forced to flee and be granted asylum in a country, in which the corona frenzy is not yet so bad. That will be difficult - after all, unvaccinated you don't get in anywhere anymore.

Pfizer's drug to help you quit smoking (Chantix) causes cancer

Pfizer is facing a class action lawsuit over recalls of Chantix filed in recent months, alleging that the presence of toxic impurities makes the smoking cessation drug an unacceptable cancer risk for users.

The complaint (PDF) was filed on August 12 by Rosalyn Harris in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, requesting class action status to seek damages for all consumers who purchased recalled Chantix pills.

Chantix (varenicline) was introduced by Pfizer in 2006 as a prescription drug designed to help people quit smoking. However, the manufacturer stopped distributing Chantix in June when it was discovered that pills may contain dangerous levels of a chemical byproduct known as nitrosamines, which can increase the risk of cancer.

Pfizer announced a recall of Chantix in the U.S. a month later and has since expanded the warnings to include additional batches of the medication that may contain N-nitroso-varencilin and other cancer-causing impurities.

Harris, of New Jersey, indicates that she purchased several packs of Chantix that were later included in the recall, and said that Pfizer presented Chantix as a safe and effective drug, free of defects, to help her quit smoking.

"Ms. Harris relied on these representations and warranties in deciding to purchase Chantix from defendant, and these representations and warranties were part of the agreement, in that she would not have purchased Chantix from defendant on the same terms if she had known that it was not, in fact, properly manufactured and free from defects," her lawsuit states.

In recent years, several drugs, such as Zantac, valsartan and metformin, have faced similar recalls, primarily due to the presence of a nitrosamine known as N-Nitrosodimethylamine (NDMA).

Pfizer states that it has not received any reports of adverse reactions related to this recall.

Harris' lawsuit presents claims of breach of warranty, violation of the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act, unjust enrichment and fraud. She seeks both compensatory and punitive damages for herself and other parties.

US doctor loses license and must undergo psychiatric evaluation for treating patients with ivermectin

A senior American physician with more than 40 years of experience has had her medical license revoked for "spreading misinformation about Covid" and treating patients with ivermectin.

Dr. Meryl Nass was also ordered to undergo a psychiatric examination against her will.

"The information received by the Board demonstrates that Dr. Nass is or may be unable to practice medicine with reasonable skill and safety for her patients due to mental illness, excessive alcohol consumption, excessive use of drugs, narcotics, or due to a mental or physical condition that interferes with the licensed practice of medicine," the review order states.

Thegatewaypundit.com reports: Recall that Dr. Nass was one of the outspoken medical professionals who caught Fauci lying about the origin of Covid and affordable treatments like HCQ.

The Board of Licensure in Medicine released a list of charges against Dr. Meryl Nass when they had suspended her medical license.

The board said Dr. Nass spread misinformation online when she questioned the safety of the experimental Covid vaccines.

In other words, Dr. Meryl Nass is under investigation for daring to speak out against the Biden regime and daring to question Big Pharma.

Bangor Daily News reported:A state licensing board's decision this week to suspend an Ellsworth physician is part of a growing national trend of disciplinary action against medical professionals accused of spreading misinformation about COVID-19.

On Wednesday, the Board of Licensure in Medicine released a long list of allegations against Dr. Meryl Nass as part of its order to temporarily suspend her ability to practice medicine in the state pending a deeper investigation.

The board's preliminary investigation alleges that Nass repeatedly failed to follow basic "standards of practice" during telemedicine appointments with COVID-19 patients and admitted to lying to a pharmacist to obtain medications not approved to treat the disease. The board also cited 17 public statements by Nass questioning the safety of COVID vaccines and espousing conspiracy theories about the government's pandemic response.

Another physician, Dr. Paul Gosselin of Waterville, also had his license suspended by the osteopathic board last month over allegations of disseminating misinformation and other potential misconduct. Because of confidentiality rules, however, it is unclear how many other COVID-related complaints regulators have received.
